In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "o786", "we", "us", "our" refers to the o786 online gaming platform, accessible at o786.app, and the entity operating it under an international gaming licence.
• "Platform" means the o786 website, mobile web application, and any associated gaming services, including sports betting, live casino, and slot products.
• "User", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the o786 Platform.
• "Account" means a registered user account on the o786 Platform, created by completing the o786 registration process and subject to verification.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the currency in which o786 Account balances are denominated.

• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means the deposit limit, session limit, cooling-off, and self-exclusion features available to all registered users within their o786 Account settings.
• "Prohibited Territories" means jurisdictions from which access to the o786 Platform is restricted or forbidden under applicable law or o786's own licensing conditions.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and o786. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and a product-specific rule document, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless the product-specific document expressly states otherwise.

Access to and use of the o786 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. o786 operates a strict 21+ policy. Any user found to be under the age of 21 will have their Account suspended immediately, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any winnings forfeited.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not expressly prohibited by applicable law.

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the o786 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

When registering your o786 Account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address and mobile number. You must update your Account information promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your o786 Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. o786 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

• Do not share your o786 login credentials with any third party.
• Do not access o786 from shared or public devices without logging out fully after each session.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in your Account settings for additional security.
• Notify o786 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

o786 reserves the right to carry out KYC verification at any point, including at the time of registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or in response to unusual account activity. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.

o786 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following verified payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and major credit and debit cards where supported.

All deposits are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account or card registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension and return of funds.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to your o786 Account balance in real time upon confirmation of the mobile wallet transaction.
• Bank transfer deposits (HBL, UBL, Meezan) are credited upon receipt and confirmation, which typically occurs within one (1) business day.
• o786 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges, for which o786 is not responsible.
• All deposits are denominated and processed in PKR. No foreign currency conversion is applied to your o786 Account balance.

Withdrawals of funds from your o786 Account are subject to the following terms:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the o786 Account holder. o786 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal can be processed. Users who have not completed identity verification will be prompted to do so upon submitting a withdrawal request.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval, subject to mobile wallet availability and network conditions.
• Bank transfer withdrawals (HBL, UBL, Meezan) are processed within one (1) to two (2) business days of approval.
• o786 reserves the right to request additional supporting documentation before approving any withdrawal request where fraud, money laundering, or suspicious activity is suspected.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived solely from bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal. Please refer to the relevant bonus terms.

o786 reserves the right to delay, hold, or decline any withdrawal request pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, policy violation, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.

o786 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered users from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible users aged 21 and above only. o786 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus promotion may only be claimed once per user, household, IP address, device, or payment method, unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate Bonus Balance within your Account. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.

• Any abuse of o786 bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using bonus funds in breach of stated restrictions, or exploiting promotional mechanics — will be treated as a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

All bets and wagers placed on the o786 Platform are subject to the product-specific rules published within the relevant section of the Platform (Sports Betting Rules, Casino Game Rules, and Slot Rules). The following general principles apply across all o786 gaming products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. o786 does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse a bet after it has been accepted by the system, except in circumstances of a palpable error or system malfunction.
• In the event of a palpable error in odds, pricing, or game outcome caused by a technical fault, o786 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the user's Account.
• o786 reserves the right to limit stake amounts on any market, game, or user Account at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected arbitrage, syndicate betting, or abuse of betting patterns.
• Cricket betting markets — including PSL, international Test, ODI, and T20I matches — are settled in accordance with the o786 Sports Betting Rules, which specify the official data sources used for result determination.
• Live casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or live dealer actions, as applicable. o786 gaming products are certified by independent testing laboratories.
• Users are responsible for ensuring they understand the rules of any game or betting market before placing a stake. o786 provides game rules accessible within each product interface.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the o786 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or registering on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under the age of 21.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of sports corruption in connection with bets placed on o786.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software, or AI tools to interact with the Platform in any manner not expressly permitted by o786.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring, or other financial crime using the o786 Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing o786 staff or other users through any communication channel.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your o786 Account credentials to any third party.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.

All content published on the o786 Platform — including but not limited to the o786 brand name and logo, website design, page layouts, graphics, icons, text, software code, betting market data, game interfaces, promotional materials, and any other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of o786 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the o786 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming activities, subject to these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any o786 content.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any o786 content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any o786 software or platform component.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice, watermark, or branding on any o786 content.

Any unauthorised use of o786 intellectual property will result in termination of your Account and may give rise to legal action.

o786 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing problem gambling. All registered users aged 21 and above have access to the following Responsible Gaming Tools within their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately upon activation and cannot be increased for a minimum of 24 hours.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic notifications when a gaming session exceeds a set duration.

• Use of the Platform by a person under the age of 21.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9.
• Regulatory or legal requirement to do so.

Upon Account closure for breach of these Terms & Conditions, o786 reserves the right to withhold any balance held in the Account pending investigation. Where no breach is substantiated, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the user's verified payment account within a reasonable timeframe.

Users may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting o786 support via Live Chat. Prior to closure, any active bets will be settled in the normal course and any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to the user's verified payment account.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, o786 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the o786 Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of anticipated savings, even if o786 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

o786 does not warrant that:

• The Platform will be available at all times or free from interruption, errors, or technical faults.
• Any specific game outcome, betting result, or return on investment will be achieved.
• The Platform will be free from viruses or other harmful components (though o786 takes reasonable steps to ensure platform security).

Where o786's liability cannot be excluded by law, o786's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your o786 Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by o786's gross negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation by o786.

o786 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using the o786 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which o786 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

In the first instance, any dispute or complaint should be directed to the o786 customer support team, who will endeavour to resolve the matter within five (5) business days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved at the customer support level, it will be escalated to o786's compliance team for formal review.
